**Resort fee is included in the above costs includes: complimentary gratuities for luggage handling, local and toll free calls, round trip transportation to the Ocean Club and Aventura Mall, daily newspaper delivered to guest room, and access to the fitness center at The Willow Stream Spa.  Regular room rates at this time of the year are $450-$729USD.

To ensure you get the room type you desire at the discounted rate, we recommend you make your reservation as early as possible. A limited number of guest rooms at the group rate have been reserved. Room reservations are made when you register online. We will take a credit card number to guarantee the reservation; however, payment is made only once you check out after the conference is over. The extended discounted rates are not guaranteed, and will be first-come-first-serve based on availability.
Each extra person above two adults sharing a room will be charged an additional $50.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.  Maximum occupancy per room is four.
