Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of ERP software implementations for our customers so they achieve the defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, quality with excellent customer satisfaction. Our Project Managers work closely with our team of implementation and technical consultants and customer implementation team members and provide professional Statements of work and Services quotes, They also support our Account Executives in the Pre-sales process.   Travel is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in requirements definition with clients
  • Define strategy to achieve a successful roll out that satisfies client expectations
  • Manage the implementation of Agresso Business World including developing a project plan
  • Liaise with client and Agresso staff regarding project implementation and issues, including regularly providing project status reports to Agresso management and the client
  • Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources on assigned projects
  • Ensure all available data is compiled to provide a clear, documented understanding of the client requirements, goals and objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues
  • Monitor cost, progress and quality of projects
  • Schedule projects and ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and according to acceptable standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare a post-implementation review and report
  • Transfer project documentation and knowledge to support team
  • Provide project supervision and leadership on assigned projects
  • Support Account Executive with selling our services proposition

Skills Required

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
  • Strong financial/business background
  • Experience with project management, ERP business processes and implementations
  • Consulting skills and demonstrated experience in building strong customer relationships
  • Ability to interpret client business requirements to build a solution
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with senior levels of the organization (internal and external)
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel
