Sacramento Implementation Consultant
Job Summary • Provide high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts along with communicating status of issues and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners. • Assist in the analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, technology, etc. • Assist in the development and testing of new business processes, capabilities and, as appropriate, supporting technologies. • Perform GAP analysis to determine customization and project planning purposes. Develop deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.). • Perform application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs). • Perform portions of technology architecture and infrastructure design activities. • Oversight of technology build, test and deployment activities. • Conduct application training for customers and provide appropriate documentation for follow up. • Research and retrieve information needed to serve client needs. • Support improvements in Agresso Implementation Methodology (AIM), collateral and practices by recommending changes to business process templates, systems configuration guides and implementation procedures. • Deliver a high level of commitment to client success and provide timely and quality services that meet or exceed expectations. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer environment problems. • Act as a mentor/coach to other Implementation Consultants and supports the team. Requirements: • B.A. Business Administration. • Four years experience with ERP business process analysis and design including Project Costing and Billing, Procurement, and/or HR/Payroll experience. • Ability to interpret client business requirements to build a solution. • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools. • Availability for domestic and international travel – 75 to 80% of time.
